Bosaso University – Garowe and Makerere University in Uganda have signed a memorandum of understanding. The agreement between the two universities is one in which the two universities cooperate in research, training and exchange of staff experiences.
President of Bosaso University – Garowe Dr. Mohamed Ali Maslach and Vice President of Innovation Development and Director of Research at Makerere University Prof. Wamala Robert signed the agreement.
The Minister of Education and Higher Education of the Puntland Government, Mr. Abdullahi Mohamed Hassan and the Minister of Labor and Youth and Sports of the Puntland Government, Mr. Abdirahman Aydeed Ibrahim, witnessed the signing of the agreement between the two universities.
